End User License Agreement (EULA)

 Effective Date: October 3, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Ashenafi Dejene (“Developer”) concerning your use of the Word Search – Word Puzzle Game (“App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or reproduce the App except as permitted by applicable law

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code

Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App

Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

3. App Content

The App includes word puzzles, levels, categories, daily challenges, achievements, graphics, text, and other content.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by the Developer.

4. Updates

The Developer may provide updates, modifications, improvements, or new features. Updates may be required for continued use of certain features.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including advertising, analytics, or other services. Such services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to the Developer’s Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be handled in connection with the App.

7. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of the App in your possession or control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to This Agreement

The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions may be made available with the App or through the relevant distribution platform.
