These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Word Search – Word Puzzle Game (“App”) provided by Ashenafi Dejene (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Use of the App

The App provides word search puzzles, levels, categories, daily challenges, achievements, and related gameplay features.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Game Content

The App may contain up to 1,200 levels and may include categories such as Summer, Hotel Room, Shopping, Sauces, Months, Cinema, Family, Space, Fruits, and other themes.

Game content, levels, categories, challenges, achievements, and features may be changed, updated, added, or removed at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All App content, including but not limited to the App name, design, graphics, interface, puzzles, text, icons, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Ashenafi Dejene unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App

Reverse engineer or modify the App

Circumvent security or technical restrictions

Use automated systems to interfere with the App

Copy or redistribute App content without authorization

5. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the App will operate without interruption or errors.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain or use third-party services, including advertising, analytics, or other technical services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ashenafi Dejene will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it when reasonably necessary.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 Effective Date: October 3, 2026 This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Ashenafi Dejene (“Developer”) concerning your use of the Word Search – Word Puzzle Game (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. 1. License Grant Subject to this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. 2.
